World of Warcraft Item Upgrader



The upgrader for items lets players improve their stats on armor and weapons. It requires a Power Dices as well as the items required to perform the upgrade.



The upgrades cost Valorstones and a certain amount of Harbinger Crests, based on the upgrade track. There is also a chance to fail. Failed upgrades will result in the item
